The Outrigger Keauhou Beach Resort sits directly on the Kona Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Part of the seven story hotel is actually built over tidal pools where Hawaiian green sea turtles glide through the tranquil waters. This premier resort recently underwent a comprehensive renovation, reopening in March 1999. All guest rooms, public areas, landscaping, meeting rooms and restaurants received extensive renovations and refurbishment. Today, it is one of the newest and finest mid priced properties on the Big Island.
